Invictus is a hotel, property and development organization based in Kamloops, British Columbia. The company and its predecessor, National Hospitality Group Inc. have been in business since 2007. Among its core assets is the Delta Kamloops by Marriott Hotel on 540 Victoria Street as well as Centrepoint, Kamloops premier meeting facility, and Cordo Resto + Bar.

Perhaps most notable to Kamloops is Invictus’s affiliated company, the Rocky Mountaineer, which is the world’s largest privately-owned luxury tourist train that welcomes more than 90,000 international guests to Kamloops each year. The company received the Gold Standard recognition in 2018, when named by Deloitte as one of Canada’s Best Managed Companies -which it had been recognized for annually since 2015. Rocky Mountaineer is also recognized by the World Travel Awards as the “World’s Leading Travel Experience by Train”.

Invictus Properties Inc. actively pursues prime development opportunities in Western Canada and has a proven track record and reputation for excellence and integrity.  Its leadership team have extensive experience in hotel management, commercial real estate development, asset management, property management and finance and is actively involved in the Kamloops and British Columbia’s community – through tourism, hospitality, community support and other business organizations.

Musson Cattell Mackey Partnership (MCM) is one of the largest Architectural practices in British Columbia with over 100 staff in its head office in Vancouver. The firm has played a major role in the development of British Columbia over the last 50 years. MCM has been responsible for such landmark projects as the Convention Centre West, Canada Place, Park Place, the MNP Tower, Electronic Arts Campus, Chateau Whistler, the Terminal City Club, Bentall 5 and the recently completed Trump Tower.
